• Where are the rugs produced?

All of our rugs are hand knotted in India. 

• Are the rugs family and pet friendly?

Hand woven wool rugs are known for their durability and ability to stand the test of time. Their durability makes them great for high traffic areas and in the living room as an area rug. They are low pile with minimal shedding.. Wool is naturally hypoallergenic. Wool contains Lanolin which has anti-bacterial properties. 

• How to care for the rugs?

The rugs can be spot cleaned with warm water and a little clear dish soap. Blot the stain and repeat until it has disappeared. Wool is naturally stain resistant making it easier to remove stains. 

• Can I vacuum my rug?

YES! For day-to-day cleaning we recommend vacuuming with a suction attachment. Avoid using a beater brush. Using a beater bar or brush roller can damage the rug over time. 

• Where can I see the rugs in person?

I would love to set up a time for you to see in-stock rugs in person. If you have something specific in mind we can set up an appointment to curate the perfect rug for your space. 

• What type of rug pad do you suggest?

A good quality rug pad will help your rug stand the test of time. We recommend using a 1/8” thick felt non-slip rug pad. These can be easily cut at home to fit your rug!

• Can you make a rug in a different size?

Yes we can make a rug in any size you wish! Contact us and we would be happy to start making your rug! 

• How long does it take to receive my rug?

In stock orders: 5-7 business days using standard shipping 

Custom Rug orders: 9-12 weeks using standard shipping

Pictures are taken to try and best depict rug colors accurately.  Please remember rug colors do vary based on lighting, computer/phone screens, and room colors. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
