Refund policy
Our goal is to help you find the perfect rug! You may return in-stock rugs within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Custom ordered rugs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from store credit amount. Once the rug is received, store credit will be issued.
Rug must be received in new and unused condition and protected properly for return shopping. Please reach out if you have any questions.
