Size

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Custom made rugs are not returnable. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the rug is properly packaged to prevent damage. The rug must be returned in new and unused condition. Once the rug has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
